Scribble Meditation™ is a process of meditative mark-making developed by Abigail Florence over two decades of work in creativity and the still spaces between them. No skill is required. No goal is held. The pen moves; the mind softens; presence arrives.
It is both a personal practice and a clinical-adjacent intervention — used in the home, the therapy room, the corporate offsite, and the wellness retreat.
